Save the date
A number of wedding rituals may seem utterly outdated in the modern era. With social media and other forms of technology, it’s easy to let people know your planned date before sending out the formal invitations. And remember, digital invites can be just as beautiful as paper ones, but are a lot cheaper and better for the planet
Favours
Wedding favours are a lovely gesture, but lots of couples are ditching the freebie these days. One of the main reasons this tradition is going out of style could be that the majority of guests fail to even take their favours home with them.
Sharing is caring
There is no need to have individual menu cards, one or even two per table works really well and cuts down on stationery costs. You can also display the menus in a nice-looking but inexpensive frame.
Reuse your ceremony room decoration as your table centrepieces
Flowers are undoubtedly going to be one of your biggest expenditures when it comes to decorations, so why not half the cost but reusing bouquets for both the ceremony and dining experiences?
